Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional assistance via phone, email, or chat
- Answer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and technical support to customers
- Assist in managing customer feedback, escalating complex issues as needed
- Strive to achieve customer satisfaction goals and contribute to a positive brand image.
