Your day-to-day:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional assistance via phone, email, or chat in urgent matters
  • Answer questions and solve issues and promptly and efficiently
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and technical support to customers
  • Collaborate with your manager on complex issues
  • Strive to achieve customer satisfaction goals and contribute to a positive brand image
                 
Who are you?
  • Native Dutch and with good English skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Looking for an adventure and the opportunity to work and travel
  • Willingness to learn
