What you will be doing:
- Guide and assist customers in completing their Loan Applications.
- Be the hero customers need by helping them understand and manage their Loan Repayment Schedules.
- Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, ready to answer all questions and queries via Phone, Chat, SMS, or Email.
- Go the extra mile by introducing customers to potential products that could enrich their financial journey.
