Our client in Germany is an expert marketing and design partner for small businesses worldwide. Their goal is to deliver jaw-dropping customer value in order to stand out from the crowd. This is where you are needed! You will take care of customer requests through phone calls, e-mails, as well as the chat, and provide creative design and marketing advice specific to their needs.
The ideal candidate
- Ideally a background in design and marketing but everything can be learned
- Native Finnish speaker
- Experienced with and passionate about customer interaction
- Excellent at communicating
- Service-minded
- Friendly and dedicated
- Eager to learn and develop yourself
- Willing to work day shifts Monday to Friday
