As a central part of the German Customer Service team, based in St Julians, you will be important in elevating the customer experience. Customers will reach out to you through phone calls, e-mails or a live chat and you will be the one who solves their inquiry and answers their questions.

What we are looking for:
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Demonstrated fluency in both German and English, with a knack for clear and persuasive verbal and written communication, ensuring effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office Mastery: Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to handle documentation efficiently, data management, and presentations.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Solid background in delivering exceptional customer service across various platforms – whether face-to-face, online chat, or over phone calls, reflecting a dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • A Multitasking Expert: Ability to seamlessly handle multiple tasks concurrently, ensuring each task receives adequate attention and is completed efficiently.
  • A Time Management Champion: Skilled in prioritizing and organizing tasks to optimize productivity, ensuring timely completion without compromising on quality.
