As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service via email and live chat. You will be the first point of contact for the customers, ensuring that their inquiries are answered promptly and professionally. Working in the sports betting industry is exciting and challenging. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and interact with sports enthusiasts. You will also gain valuable experience in the customer service field, which can lead to many career opportunities within the industry.

The ideal candidate
- Native German speaker with fluency in English
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience in working with customers (advantage if it is within Customer Service already)
- Flexibility to work different day and evening shifts (including weekends – 5 days on followed by 2 days off)
- Good computer skills and ability to use different software and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
