In the role as a customer service agent you will provide assistance to customers who have questions and/or problems about the company's products or services. You communicate with the customers in Italian via telephone, email and/or live-chat and try to help them as well as you can.
You'll fit perfectly if you are:
- Able to relocate to Greece on short notice
- A native Italian speaker with a good level of English
- Able to work on rotating shifts
- Well organized and ambitious
