What will you do?
- Customer First Impression: As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, you will be the first point of contact for many customers. You'll make a lasting impression and lay the foundation for long-term relationships.

- Secure Wins: Maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
- Position Competitively: Showcase competitive offerings and solutions within the context of customer needs and experiences.
- Show the Value: Articulate how customers can capture value and envision their future with leading technologies.
- Convert Leads: Turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipelines, using criteria like BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
- Meet Targets: Exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline. Accurately forecast sales and maintain a high level of daily activity.
- Leverage Channels: Use various communication channels – social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demos – to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers.
- Voice of Customer: Collect valuable feedback from customers and relay it back to the business.

Who are you?
- Experience: 2-3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success. Minimum 1 year in the IT industry and sales or customer management.
- Tech-Savvy: you understand modern sales techniques and tools but also have a knack for IT. Whether it's quickly grasping tech concepts or maneuvering through Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Dynamics 365, you'll be right at home. Experience in Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is a big plus.
- Certification: Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps preferred.
- Self-Starter: Proven self-starter with a passion for achieving goals. Ability to work independently and continuously seek improvement.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, oral, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven by achievement and success, with a focus on exceeding annual sales goals.
- Cloud Enthusiast: Passion for cloud technologies and changing the world.
- Language Skills: Intermediate to Fluent in English (verbal and written), Fluent or Native in Dutch.
