What You’ll Do:
- Process and review incoming legal requests (privacy claims, fraud, etc.).
- Use digital tools to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with client policies and ensure top-quality responses.
- Focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
Who You Are:
- A native or fluent German speaker with strong English skills.
- New to the workforce—no prior legal experience needed.
- Tech-savvy and excited to work with digital tools.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Eager to live and work in Lisbon while advancing your career!
