For this role you will be active on the Norwegian market on behalf of a company that works in the financial sector and services customers in need of solutions to their financial problems. Your goal will be to be the main point of contact for customers. You will answer customer queries by using your excellent communication skills, knowledge and passion for service. In some cases you will examine the capacity of the customer to pay off their debt or create a reasonable payment plan together with the customer. Ultimately, you want to help them get debt free. The employer will provide you with a solid introduction to get you completely up to speed and make sure you know all the ins and outs on how to do this easily and effectively.
