The first step starts by researching your company, it's processes and values. We then continue by copywriting and localizing job adverts and mapping out the ideal talent profile (persona) we want to engage with for your roles.
We’ll market your positions on a multitude of local and international channels together with social media. Exclusive contracts with media partners gives us a unique possibility to hire quickly and at scale. Simultaneously, we'll start sourcing candidates to make sure no stone is left unturned in your search for multilingual talent.
The incoming and sourced canddiates will be interviewed by our experienced team in order to ensure language capability, skill qualification and comitment to your company and the relocation process. During our conversation we will share your company's story and requirements with the candidate.
Once we've confirmed the candidate's experience, qualifications, language proficiency and continued interest in the role together with any skills or language tests - we'll connect the candidate to your team and give you all the information required to proceed with your in-house process.
