As a Business Development Manager, you’ll introduce this iconic brand to new retailers, helping them become part of the Warhammer journey.

About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of Warhammer to independent retailers, helping them discover the excitement and profitability of bringing Warhammer to their customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Make cold calls to potential independent retailers.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Introduce retailers to the Warhammer hobby and demonstrate its value to their business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through charisma, resilience, and determination.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in German and a good level of English.
- A natural talent for sales with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and charisma to quickly engage potential partners.
- Resilience to handle rejection and adapt to challenges.
- A genuine enthusiasm for Warhammer and the hobby community.
What We Offer:
- Salary: €40,600 OTE (€35,000 base + uncapped commission).
- Holidays: 35 days, including public holidays, with opportunities to earn more.
