• Provide personalized product care advice and

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• Native German speaker with strong English (B2
  level or higher)
  
• Outstanding communication skills and a genuine
  passion for customer satisfaction
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a
  collaborative mindset
  
• Proficiency in IT and reporting tools
  
• Flexibility to work various shifts
