Do you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where strategic thinking and relationship-building go hand in hand? Our client – a market leader in executive-level business matchmaking – is looking for a talented individual to join their Barcelona-based team as a Strategic Partnerships Associate.
              
In this role, you’ll be working at the intersection of business development and high-level networking. Your mission is to engage senior decision-makers across various industries, understand their business goals, and match them with innovative solution providers through carefully curated meetings and events.
                    
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential corporate partners and decision-makers
  • Initiate contact via calls, emails, and digital platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Conduct consultative discussions to understand client needs and challenges
  • Present partnership opportunities aligned with their business objectives
  • Drive the full engagement cycle – from first contact to confirmed collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
                     


What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication skills in English + fluency in either German, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish
  • A background in B2B, client engagement, business development, or recruitment
  • Ability to work independently and manage a full pipeline of potential partners
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to understand different business models
  • Driven, resilient, and goal-oriented – you love closing win-win deals
  • Comfortable speaking with senior-level stakeholders (C-level, Directors)
