Your Role:
As a Customer Care Advisor for Mercedes-Benz, you'll
lead and monitor cases for a specific customer group, ensuring seamless support
for their top-end vehicles. From handling roadside assistance to coordinating
with workshops, your proactive approach will minimize vehicle downtime and
maximize customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- Experience
in customer service or similar roles, ideally a finished apprenticeship as office clerk or similar
- Office experience
- Proficiency
in customer support software and CRM systems
- Technical
understanding and affinity
- Proactive
attitude and troubleshooting mindset
- Ability
to work independently and collaboratively
- Decision-making
skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness
to relocate to Maastricht, the Netherlands
