To support their continued growth in the Benelux region, we are now looking for two Dutch-speaking customer support professionals with strong French skills to join their international team in Málaga.

What you’ll do:

• Assist customers from the Belgian-Dutch market via phone, email, and chat

• Understand and resolve inquiries efficiently and with empathy

• Occasionally follow up on French-language requests when needed

• Collaborate closely with your team to maintain high service standards

What we’re looking for:

• Native-level Dutch and strong command of French

• Good English skills for internal communication

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Based in Málaga or willing to relocate (this is an office-based role)
