About the Role:
As a Business Developer, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and initiating contact with potential clients across Switzerland. You’ll engage with decision-makers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. Your role is key to growing long-term, successful partnerships in the B2B landscape.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and qualify new business leads through calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Conduct needs-based conversations and offer customized solutions
- Develop strong client relationships with Swiss companies
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent client delivery
- Play an active role in improving our sales processes and outreach strategy
What You Bring:
- Native or near-native Swiss German (or High German) and fluent English
- Great communication skills and a confident, positive attitude
- Interest in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus – not a must
