In this
role, you will be working for the Belgian team, providing master
data, payroll and post-payroll services to group companies in Belgium. This position offers a unique chance to enhance your skills and directly
contribute to the operational success of the organization in a dynamic and
supportive environment.
What you might be doing:
- Preparing and processing the monthly payroll
- Bug-fixing, implementing new recruitments, and improving administrative HR
processes in SAP HR and other HR systems
- Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met
- Close cooperation with local HR partners and internal departments on a
day-today basis as well as on specific projects
- Coordinating a constant exchange of experiences and information within the
team, with colleagues, experts and relevant partners…
Who are you?
- You speak fluent Dutch and have an excellent knowledge of English
- You have a relevant university degree in payroll, hr, finance, accounting, economics, etc.
- You've got experience working in Payroll and have a fundamental knowledge of HR administration
- Ideally, you've worked in SAP HR
- You're focused on service and providing solutions
- You can work independently, prioritize, meet deadlines and know when to ask for support
