What will you do? 
           
  • Drive Success: Secure new customer for our cloud software by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate closely with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers to achieve shared goals.
                            
  • Cloud Solutions Expert: Present our cloud software's value propositions and differentiation, aligning them with customer’s business objectives and IT initiatives. Leverage your expertise in solution selling techniques and cloud-based solutions.
                                                   
  • Engage and Connect: Work with small and medium businesses across various industries and sizes. Identify their needs and match them with cutting-edge cloud technologies.
                
  • Position Competitively: Showcase competitive offerings and solutions within the context of customer needs and experiences.
                        
  • Accuracy Matters: Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations, ensuring customers receive accurate projections of anticipated costs for new services.
                
  • Technical Demonstrations: Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers over Teams, offering them a clear understanding of the value our software can bring.
                 
  • Innovation Advocate: Execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposal developments for identified solutions. Always be ready to deliver innovative ideas.
                 
  • Exceed Targets: Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline, while also focusing on operational metrics.                    
                    
  • Education Advocate: Stay informed about the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing, and share your knowledge by conducting group and one-on-one trainings across the Center on subjects within your expertise.

Who are you? 
  • Experience: 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience. Experience within a technical sales or pre-sales environment is preferred.
                           
  • Cloud Expertise: Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning, with experience in cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs, migrations, and technology management. Microsoft Fundamentals certification required, L200 preferred. 
                                    
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, with a Master’s degree preferred. A major or minor in computer science, mathematics, or engineering is a bonus.
              
  • Security Awareness: Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and their role in cloud and hybrid solutions is preferred.
                  
  • Product Knowledge: Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.
                             
  • Language Skills: Intermediate to Fluent in English (verbal and written), Fluent or Native in Swedish.
