Your Responsibilities
- Primary focus: Maintain existing customer contacts, deepen relationships, and strengthen customer loyalty to increase sales
- You are the key throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to after-sales service
- Through proactive relationship management, you build strong customer relationships and discover new sales opportunities
- Customer feedback and needs drive you to continually improve service
- In close collaboration with the marketing team, you develop appealing campaigns that excite customers
- Your analyses and reports on sales successes, customer feedback, and market trends significantly influence the strategy
What you bring
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector
- You have a degree or equivalent education in sales, marketing, or related fields
- Strong communication skills and empathy are your key qualities in dealing with customers and colleagues
- Initiative and independence are essential
- You are a native French and fluent English speaker
- EU citizenship
